Dear Smith's Radiator Customers,
At Smith's Radiator, the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.
We are taking all precautions recommended by authorities among our employees, customers and delivery people to prevent the spread of this virus.
Currently, due to our “essential” status, our shop is open to serve our valued customers. As we have for over 41 years, during good and challenging times, we will do everything we can to provide you with an exceptional experience. Many of our customers during this time have mentioned they have asthma, COPD, or other conditions that make air conditioning essential as well as comfortable. Along with air conditioning service or repairs, we can provide emergency radiator, starter, and alternator repairs. If your company is not able to operate at this time maybe this is the perfect opportunity to have any needed repairs made to your trucks and/or equipment to ensure it is operational once you are able to get back to business as usual. Proper preventative maintenance now can prevent downtime when you are busy and can’t afford to have equipment failure.
